01What you're buying.
Digital coloring books and prints, delivered as files, plus made-to-order apparel and stickers printed and shipped by Printful on my behalf. Product images are accurate representations, not promises the universe is obligated to keep.
02Who takes your money.
DodoPayments processes every transaction and acts as merchant of record. Your payment details pass through Dodo, not me — I never see or store your card number. Your statement may show Dodo's name rather than mine.
03Guest checkout, on purpose.
There's no account system here. Orders are tied to the email you check out with; download links and order history live there. Treat that inbox accordingly.
04Refunds and delivery.
Covered in full on the shipping & downloads page: digital files are final sale once downloaded, physical defects are handled through Printful, and Dodo issues any approved refund. That page is the operative one — this section only points at it.
05The art itself.
Every image, mark, and line here is mine. Buying a print or a coloring book gives you the physical or digital copy for personal use — it doesn't transfer copyright, and it doesn't authorize resale, redistribution, or a competing ghost-based art brand.
06Changes.
I may update these terms as the business changes. The version in effect is the one live on this page when you place an order — I won't retroactively rewrite the deal on an order already placed.
