Digital downloads

Coloring books and prints arrive by email the moment payment clears — no waiting, no tracking number, no small talk. Each link is a private, one-time-issued token, not a direct file URL: it works for 72 hours or five downloads, whichever you exhaust first. That's deliberate, not stingy — it keeps the files from drifting around the internet unattended.

If a link expires before you've saved your files, email inquiries@superiorbeing.lyriryl.com from the address you ordered with and I'll issue a fresh one. No form, no security questions — just the one email a real customer would have.

Physical prints, stickers & apparel

Physical items are printed to order and fulfilled by Printful, which means nothing exists in a warehouse waiting for you — it's made after you ask for it. That's slower than a shelf, and more honest than fake urgency. Once it ships you'll get a tracking email; Printful ships to a wide range of countries, selectable at checkout.

Arrived damaged, wrong, or beneath what was promised? Email inquiries@superiorbeing.lyriryl.com with your order number and a photo. Printful's defect and reprint policy applies, and I pass it through without argument.

Refunds

Digital files are final sale once downloaded — there's no way to un-download a PDF, and I won't pretend otherwise. Before the first download, or for a defective physical item, email me and we'll sort it case by case. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record; approved refunds are issued through them.
