01An order that misbehaved.
Wrong item, a package that took a scenic route, a print that arrived beneath my standards. Tell me your order number and what went wrong. I'll make it right — not because I'm sorry, but because the work should be correct.
02A download that won't.
Links expire after 72 hours and five attempts, deliberately. If yours lapsed, email me from the address you ordered with and I'll reissue it. No form to fill in — I find enumeration vectors tedious.
03Something else entirely.
A licensing question, a press inquiry, a compliment you've decided to risk. All of it arrives in the same inbox. I read it. Whether I reply is a matter of merit.
